Home Tour Studio is a real estate photography / media business. We provide listing photography, video, and related media services to real estate agents and other clients.

Home Tour Studio may text real estate agents who book with us: booking confirmations, day-of reminders, reschedule notices, gallery delivery links, and replies when you text our studio number. You opt in by checking the box on sign-up or when placing an order. That box starts unchecked. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Consent is not required to book.

STOP applies only to texts from Home Tour Studio. It does not change texts you get from SnapperHQ. Reply START or YES to resume after STOP.

We share information with service providers who help us operate (hosting, booking / gallery software, text messaging via Telnyx, payments via Stripe, and similar vendors), only as needed to provide the service.

We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We retain information as long as needed for bookings, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, then delete or anonymize it when no longer required. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
