Home Tour Studio is a real estate photography / media business. We provide listing photography, video, and related media services to real estate agents and other clients.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and account details (name, email, phone number, brokerage information)
  • Booking and order details (property address, schedule preferences, service selections, special instructions)
  • Mobile numbers and SMS / RCS messaging records (opt-in / opt-out timestamps, message content needed to provide support, delivery metadata)
  • Payment-related information processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe)
  • Usage data such as pages visited and device / browser information

3. How we use information

  • Schedule, fulfill, and deliver photo / video orders

4. SMS / RCS messaging

If you provide a mobile number or text us, we may send transactional messages about your bookings, deliveries, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.

5. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate (hosting, booking / gallery software, messaging via Sent.dm, payments via Stripe, and similar vendors), only as needed to provide the service.

We retain information as long as needed for bookings, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, then delete or anonymize it when no longer required. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
