We provide real estate photography, video, and related media services. Descriptions, pricing, and availability on our site are subject to confirmation at booking.
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Placing an order creates a request for services subject to our acceptance, scheduling, and payment terms shown at checkout or on your invoice. Fees, taxes, and cancellation policies may apply as disclosed at booking.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another processor. Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in suspension of delivery until resolved.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of raw media and grant you a license to use finished deliverables for marketing the subject property, consistent with the package you purchased. You may not resell our media as stock without our written consent.
By providing a mobile number or texting us, you may receive transactional messages about bookings, deliveries, and support. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Consent is not required to purchase services.
You may not misuse our site or messaging channels, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users.
Services and the website are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, access issues, third-party platforms, carriers, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.
